Founded in 2013 by Mr. Reza Hassan, our organization benefits from his wealth of professional experience in developing and leading complex technology organizations and programs. With over 30 years in the field, Mr. Hassan is a seasoned program and project management professional. His expertise spans the full life cycle of IT Programs, encompassing strategic planning, program management, infrastructure, engineering, and service delivery to both public and private sectors.

Before establishing DYCON, Mr. Hassan served as the Chief Information Officer for a government agency. Additionally, he co-founded and served as the Chief Technology Officer of Intrepid Technical Services, Inc., successfully expanding the company's reach to a nationwide presence with offices in over five cities across the United States and a workforce exceeding 60 employees.
